HiTemp UR Medical Sheepskin Armrest Pads are held in place by velcro straps. They provide a soft pressure reducing surface that      improves the comfort level of the person using the wheelchair. 3. HiTemp UR Medical Sheepskin Covers Foot Plate Covers protect, warm and add comfort to feet. The package also includes the best detergent for the care of these premium Australian Medical Sheepskin products and Pressure Smart XD- Woolskin. Wash regularly to clean, disinfect and condition these top-of-the-line products. Both Packages offer excellent value for long lasting Pressure Sore Prevention and is more economical than ordering the parts separately. The difference between the Packages is the type of Cushion-It included. The HiTemp Package includes Cushion-Its made from HiTemp UR Medical Sheepskin. These highest quality sheepskin pads            have Airtex- an array of small holes in the sheepskin to promote air flow. The wool is a Medical Green colour. The Pressure Smart XD Cushion-Its have a pile density up to 1900g/m2  - greater than most sheepskin. They are easier to look            after; being machine wash and dry.
