Our Baby Lambskin Rugs are silky soft lambskins that are loved by babies around the world.
These Lambskins are soft, snuggly and durable; having been double chrome tanned for
improved washability. Their dense 24 mm pile provides the soft and nurturing surface loved
by babies and young children. Baby Lambskin Rugs are about 26" X 36" = approx. 7 square
feet in area.
Use:
Your baby will sleep longer and more soundly on a Lambskin. It has been shown that
premature babies placed on a lambskin in an incubator gain weight faster than when
placed on cotton sheets. Lambskins can be easily transferred from the crib to the
stroller and car seat. The "blankie" goes with the baby everywhere. The soothing action
of the lambswool has been found to cause fewer gross movements than with babies
sleeping on cotton sheets. This means that the baby has a deeper sleep and wakes up
less frequently.
Care:
Hand wash with Woolskin, included with your Lambskin. Wash as you would a wash
good woollen sweater. Your baby is protected by washing the lambskin in Woolskin - the
only wash that cleans, disinfects and conditions. Woolskin contains Tea Tree Oil, an
today. Mothers will get more sleep and so will the baby.
